Zion Mask Fundraiser
We are running a fundraiser of hand-made Zion logo masks!
All masks are 3-layered 100% cotton. They are pleated with elastic that goes over the ears.
How to order
Mask are $10 each
1. Select a style and size from below
2. Fill out and submit order form
If you need more than five masks, please fill out the form again with your continued order.
3. Pay for your order- We will contact you when your order is ready.
Pick-up and Shipping - Orders can be picked up from the church office Tuesday or Thursday, 9-12pm. We will ship them at not extra cost to our out of town supporters!

After you have selected your mask and submitted your order form please use one of the payment methods below to complete your order. Choose Mask Fundraiser from list of funds when paying by computer or mobile
Mail - Mail a check or money order to Zion at 143 Albany St., Ferndale, MI 48220. Please make checks payable to Zion Lutheran Church.
Smartphone - down the free and secure GivePlus app from App Store or Google Play Store. Once you download the free app, search for Zion Lutheran Church (verify address is 143 Albany, Ferndale, MI) and select Mask Fundraiser from the list .
